I am a certified coach with over 20 years of experience leading and supporting talent development teams across diverse industries and global regions. 

In my coaching practice, I partner with professionals at all stages of their careers and lives to cultivate greater self-awareness, achievement, and fulfillment. By providing a supportive space for reflection and growth, I empower my clients to gain clarity around their goals and uncover meaningful, actionable paths to reach them.

I am an Associate Certified Coach credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), TypeCoach Certified Professional, and a Center for Creative Leadership 360 facilitator. I received a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tufts University, and a Master's degree in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
